Vlad Dracula Tepes, better known as Dracula, titled as the Lord Vampire, the King of Night, and eventually ordained The Dark Herald, is an ancient vampire lord and the overlord of the infamous Cult of Blood.

Originally a human prince of the nation of Wallachia, the man known as Vlad Tepes was a crusader, a knight in the holy Order of the Dragon, warriors who fought in the name of the Divine One, against marauding armies from the east. Driven by ferocious, animalistic hatred, Vlad mercilessly slew his foes and drank their blood. Influencing his order to partake in the drinking of his enemies' blood, Vlad's evil gained him the favor of Satan. Through the King of Demons' favor, Dracula was granted immortality and power following his death, rising again as the first, and greatest vampire.

Seeking vengeance upon living humanity, Dracula used his dark powers to terrorize countries across the continent of Europe. The Vampire became a legend among the human nations, as a sorcerer, a dark lord, a killer of the innocent and drinker of blood. From the remnants of the Order of the Dragon, Dracula formed his Cult of Blood, turning from their purpose of serving the holy, and instead indulging in darkness and evil. Dracula's malignancy spread through the centuries, as more and more succumbed to vampirism, the gift of the Dark Lord and his "master", Satan.

Though a holy crusade years later seemingly purged his reign of terror, legends speak that he yet remains, within his mysterious, magical castle that can be seen in the night sky, only to vanish not long after. As enigmatic as ever, Dracula's influence upon the world is far from gone.
